Even with some meaningful relief on the tariff front, earnings forecasts for 2025 and the first half of 2026 are going to have to come down in a significant way. The consumer is under too much stress…and it’s becoming more and more evident that the AI market is not going to be anywhere near as broadly profitable as the market was pricing in for the past two years.
