Is it possible that the stock market’s rally actually keeping the two sides in Washington from coming together and getting a deal done to re-open the government?
Not only are there calls for a possible “melt-up” in the stock market going forward…some are now saying it is quite probable. However, even if a melt-up does indeed take place, it could still be a much rougher ride than most people realize…if 1999/2000 is any guide (the way some people think it should be).
