The decline in the tech sector yesterday could very well turn out to be the kind of mild hiccup we saw three weeks ago. So, we’re going to have to see more downside follow-through before we raise any yellow warning flags. That said, “rotation” can only take place if the tech stocks hold up. If they decline, the only “rotation” well see…will be into cash.
We’ll be watching three key charts over the coming days and weeks…for clues as to how this situation will playout…and thus weather this recent decline is just a hiccup…or something more concerning.
