• More negative news out of China (and Germany) has the futures trading lower this morning…and the global central banks seem resolute to keep raising rates despite these signs of slower global growth.
  • However, the Russell 2000 small-cap index is testing a couple of key resistance levels.  Therefore, if it can rally much further as we move through July, it’s going to be quite bullish for this part of the market on a technical basis.
