Credit Contractions = Recessions. (We need to use some common sense every once in a while for crying out loud!)
- We’re seeing evidence that the mini-banking crisis will not cause major systemic problems, BUT it will still almost certainly cause a recession. (Credit contractions = recession.)
- Investors seem to be whistling past the graveyard…much like they did in early 2020.
- Detailed analysis is always important on Wall Street, but sometimes we have to use some common sense!
