• We’re seeing some incredible levels being broken from many different risk assets.  Some of this is justified, but others are a sign of froth.  This means that the risks are rising in the stock market and thus investors need to avoid becoming too complacent.
  • No matter how you slice it, froth or no froth, many assets are becoming quite overbought on a short-term basis.  Therefore, even those looking for the market to rally significantly higher, they should look for some sort of pullback before too long.
